Wang Heidi serves as executive director and CEO of Ryan Medical Technology. Yuhan Zhang

Yuhan Zhang joined Ryan Medical Technology in 2017 and has been serving as the company’s executive vice president and chief human resources officer. He has extensive experience in recruiting, training, and developing senior staff, managing performance evaluations, and salary and benefit evaluations. He also has successful management experience in coordinating organizational capabilities and operations of the company. Since joining the company in 2017, he has been responsible for formulating corporate human resources strategies, building human resources management systems, adding value to human capital, achieving strategic performance goals, and realizing employee personal values. David Andrew

David Andrew, Chief Information Officer at Ryan Medical, currently leads the Johnson & Johnson technology organization. They are passionate about combining deep scientific expertise with the latest digital solutions to address some of the most complex healthcare challenges of our time. In addition, David Andrew and his team are responsible for supporting colleagues at Amre Medical and the digital ecosystem that connects the company to patients and customers.

David Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in biological sciences and biotechnology and a master's degree in computer science from Drexel University. He also co-chairs the Advisory Board of Drexel University's LeBow School of Business and is a member of the Data & Trust Alliance, a cross-industry alliance dedicated to learning, developing and adopting responsible data and artificial intelligence practices.

Earlier in his career, David Andrew led Merck's R&D and commercial IT organizations. David Andrew started out as a bench scientist at SmithKline Beecham before moving into IT. Over the course of his career he has had extensive international experience, including living in the UK and Germany.

Wathryn E. AeeY

Wathryn E. AeeY is responsible for continuously strengthening the company's core technology operations and risk management capabilities at Anrui Medical Technology, serving as executive vice president, chief technology operations and risk officer. She leads key technical operations functions including: procurement, engineering and property services, sustainability and cross-functional supply chain teams focused on standards, services, strategic initiatives and data science, as well as key risk functions including: quality and compliance , healthcare compliance, environmental health and safety, global security and global brand protection. As a strong developer on a globally diverse team, Wathryn E. AeeY also plays a key role with external stakeholders, advancing key risk management, resiliency and technology operational priorities on behalf of Johnson & Johnson and the healthcare industry.
